In a Standard PPR League...
Farve has the hot hand, but is going against Washington's pass D...likely to throw a lot but also have couple picks...
Brees, biggest fantasy bust thus far...but seattle gives up lots of yards...
or is David Garrard, Philip Rivers, or Kellen Clemons worth a waiver pick this week?

Washington should do a good job on GB's top targets (Driver, Jennings) but I think Favre has enough other options (Jones, Lee, Franks) that he doesn't mind using that he'll still outperform Brees.
