Last year was the first year of the league - few new rules to me but basically we keep 3 guys at the round they were drafted in the year before, but you can only keep guys once and then throw them back. We also have a somewhat odd rule that you can franchise up to 2 rookies and keep them for 2 years (also at the round drafted in) instead of one year
So - basically my question is which 3 guys are the best value, I'll need all new keepers for the next year (except my one franchised rookie) and I can franchise a 2nd rookie this year if I want to (but you don't need to franchise anyone)
Rd 4 - Chester Taylor or Chris Chambers
Rd 5 - Santana Moss
Rd 6 - Houshmanzadeh
Rd 7 - Frank Gore
Rd 10 - Phillip Rivers
Rd 20 - Jerious Norwood (Franchised already)
*also due to a trade I made last year, I picked up an extra 4th rd pick in exchange for my 8th rd pick, so I'll have two 4th rd's, no 8th rd.
So I have Norwood in the 20th rd, and I'm hoping he can take Dunn's job. I was previously leaning towards keeping Chester Taylor, Gore, and Rivers - but I dunno if Taylor loses value with Peterson, and Rivers with the new coach - they might just run all the time? Should I keep a WR?
My team missed the playoffs last year, my other early rd picks included Lamont Jordan and Jamal Lewis, Mike Bell mid rounds...
All TDs are 6 pts, 50 yd/pt passing 20 yd/pt rush/rec and we start:
2 QB
3 WR
2 RB
1 Flex
1 TE
2 Team DEF
1 Kicker
(3 IDPs)
1 DB
1 DL
1 DEF (DB or DL)
I never played with IDP before last year, I treated them roughly equal with decent but not great WRs - they put up some points but didn't carry my team.
Thanks for any help/advice!

Taylor will still get enough carries to make him well worth a 5th round pick, so Gore and Taylor are easy choices. I think value wise Rivers and T.J are about the same, they can be kept 2 rounds later than they wioll likely get drafted tis year. Given that, I would go with TJ as his extra value is worth more because it comes earlier in the draft.
