Who's available:
- Atkins: help in HR & RBI, but AVG is hurting
- Crisp: help in SB & R
- Kendrick: help in R & AVG  (don't really need)
- Sosa: help in HR & RBI, but low AVG and lots of Ks
- A. Gordon: will probably yield the same #s as Abreu, only he's hotter now
- K. Johnson: I just dropped him, but he might outperform Abreu
- S. Stewart: pretty hot right now
- Adam LaRoche: normally a 2nd half stud
- DeRosa: eligibility at 2B, 3B and OF; raking in the RBI recently
- D. Johnson: perhaps on a Cust-like HR streak
- Wilkerson: HR, but low average

- Marmol
- Lincecum

I'm leaning toward the ones in bold.

I have 25 roster moves remaining.

How could Roy Oswalt be a free agent pick up in any size league?

I'd add Lincecum if you can handle some inconsistentcy.

My right testicle is bigger than my left. My friends call me Biggie Smalls.

Unfortunately, it appears Atkins was snatched up early this morning.

all of those players are pretty close, but since errors and Ks are offensive stats, i would check on those stats too see which guys dont strike out much or make errors.  I guess i would go with alex gordon if i had to pick one of those players.  i think abreu is incredibly over rated, but you may have some luck trading him.  Guys seem to value him pretty high.

I dont think lincecum is a good add because he will lose loads of games and losses is a category, and is very inconsistent.  But that is just my two cents.

I picked up LaRoche.

10-team H2H league.
R, HR, RBI, SB, K, E, AVG
W, L, SV, K, HLD, ERA, WHIP

C - Johjima (drafted)
1B - LaRoche (FA)
2B - Figgins (FA)
3B - C. Jones (drafted)
SS - O. Cabrera (drafted)
CI - R. Howard (drafted)
MI - Uggla (drafted)
LF - Ibanez (drafted)
CF - Pierre (drafted)
RF - Guerrero (drafted)
OF - Abreu (drafted)
OF - B. Hall (drafted)
Util - Hawpe (FA)
Bench - D. Lee (drafted)

SP - Penny (drafted)
SP - J. Shields (FA)
RP - Papelbon (drafted)
RP - Al Reyes (FA)
P - Broxton (FA)
P - Okajima (FA)
P - Hamels (drafted)
P - Betancourt (FA)
P - Gregg (FA)
Bench - Haren (drafted)
Bench - Escobar (drafted)
Bench - Maine (FA)
Bench - Oswalt (FA)
DL - Burnett (drafted/FA)

Now, I have another question given that Al Reyes is on the DL.

Should I put Reyes in my DL spot and drop Burnett in order to pick up Lincecum or another bat?

All I've read so far about Burnett is that he's expected to miss 3-4 weeks.

I'd rather have Lincecum (and the headaches of a rookie pitcher) than an oft-injured and high pitch counted Burnett.
