1st in 12 team standard 5x5 non keeper yahoo league with daily transactions.
Batting is pretty close: R (12pts), HR (10), RBI (11), SB (9), AVG (.288 for 10pts)
Weak: 6 pts in ERA (3.81), 5 in WHIP (1.29), 6.5 in W (28)
If my Berkman and Johjima for Hafner goes thru then my team will look like the following.

5th place team needs a better power hitting 1B then Helton. He wants Pujols but I think I could give him Hafner instead.
He has lots of innings left (-88). He says he'll just add SP later on when others used up all their innings. He has 1.5 pts in W (15), 3 pts in K (298), 2pts in ERA (4.40) and WHIP (1.43). Want to get rid of high ratios so he's the perfect person to trade Dice K and/or Kazmir to his ratios are shot. Will stream SP or use Neshek and SShields together as 1 SP. He could use the Ks from Dice K and/or Kazmir.

Looks like he's interested in Dice K instead of Kazmir. Can't blame him.
1) Hafner and DiceK for Crawford? Am I losing too much power?

If my Berkman and Johjima for Hafner goes thru i stopped reading right here, if berkman and johjima goes through there is something seriously wrong, if youre in a dead league then i guess that wont get vetoed, but it probably should be vetoed imo

Well, it went through. I'll have to join a better league. I didn't think it was that bad. Berkman and Hafner offer RBI and HR while he gets a good C to replace Napoli.
He thought it was insane that I would even make an offer for Arod. He doesn't think getting 1B Hafner and gaining a few points in K (in Dice K and Kazmir) was enough to trade away Arod. Maybe it's me but it meets his needs for a power hitting 1B and Ks. Didn't bother offering Kaz and Hafner since it's probably futile.
Not sure if I should start a new threat but what about Bay and Dice K for Crawford or CaLee? According to him "rankings don't lie" so since Crawford and CaLee are slumping, Bay for one of them isn't out of the question.
HR and RBI are tight so keeping Hafner will help me

If that were true then richie sexson would be totally worthless, and players that really heat up after the allstar break, sexson, zito et all, they would be very low ranked right now relative to what they will do over the course of a season(including Hafner). You must try to project what each player will do the rest of the year. i dont think either of those trades will fly. I would try bay + another pitcher(not dice k) to get craw or lee. but the other guy must really need a pitcher. dice k has not been a good pitcher so far in his rookie campaign with an ERA over 4.50 and a whip over 1.30. Yeah the K/9 innngs are nice, but he can only pitch well out of the windup, but when going from the stretch when runners are on base he falls apart. and I guess hafner for berkman+johjima isnt that bad, esp if the guy getting berkman/johjima really needed a catcher. but berkman is a fatass and there is no way he will have the kink of season in 2k7 that he did last year and in previous years. just my two cents
