| Just for kicks, I wanted to see what people would think today about possible keepers for next year. So you know the keeper rules: You can only keep a player for 2 years and we can only keep two players each year. The value of the keeper is the round he was drafted in minus three rounds. So if I drafted Tony Romo with the 15th pick or pick him up in free agency, I could keep him next year for my 12th pick in the draft, and my 9th pick in the draft the following year. Also, it's a 12 team, 15 round draft, 1 PPR league. Here are my options: Chester Taylor for my 3rd round pick Deion Branch for my 5th round pick Musa Smith for my 6th round pick Tony Romo for my 12th round pick Chris Henry for my 12th round pick Jeramy Stevens for my 12th round pick Thanks! I think Tony Romo is the best choice here. He's cheap, and he should have very good value next year. I wouldn't go with Stevens (just an average TE), or Branch (nothing special especially in relation to a 5th round pick). Musa Smith would only be a goood choice if he's named the starter in the off-season (I'm thinking that's unlikely). So that leaves either C.Taylor or C.Henry. I like Chester, but his situation is up in the air enough that I'd rather (right now, anyway) have the 3rd round pick. So I'd lean Henry's way - you get two decent keepers and you keep all your high picks.

I'd say Taylor and Romo too

You should always try and trade a player before dropping/cutting him from your team. If I don't mention that in my post consider it my assumption that you've already explored (or exhausted) trade possibilities. ******************************************************************************* $20 ea w/Vyse and Radiohead: Rios (me) vs Hall (them).
