| I've been offered Lance Berkman for Jake Peavy, straight up. My outfield is definitely weak with Cameron, Pence, Melky Cabrera, Adam Jones, Nick Swisher, and Ty Wigginton. My pitching staff is solid with Peavy, Haren, Lackey, Lincecum, Wang, and Bonser. What does the future hold for Berkman? Is he about to heat up? He's got five homers in the last month, and his power numbers are just what I need. I'm near the middle-bottom in average, so his .260ish batting average isn't going to hurt. Plus if he gets hot, it'll help lift my team average. Seems like a fair trade on paper...
