If you are OK at C and RW, why trade for Demitra, who is usually a C or RW?
I would target a LW, where you appear weak.

if you can get the other guy to take Zherdev instead of Lupul then do that but i'd still be making this deal bc a step up is a step up. there's no doubt in my mind that Demitra is the better option in this deal than either guy you're considering trading.
