Is it really necessary for ESPN to have a ticker at the bottom of the creeen counting the seconds down the start of the televising of the World Series of Poker? And why couldn't they air it last month while it was actually happaning?

| is it a one day event? would it have helped other players to see what kinds of strategies other guys used the night before if it was a multi-night event? Like to see how often a person was bluffing or whatnot? or to study them to see if they gave away anything in their play?

You ever go and get your car washed at one of those big car washing places and you find yourself staring at the advertisements on the board? Talk about desperate advertising!
Also, why is when I get my car washed and I bring my kids with me that I always buy them an ice cream while we wait? Then, when the car wash attendant raises his hand for me to come and get my car, my kids have only half eaten their ice cream. Of course, I don't want to wait around another ten minutes for them to finish; and eventually my 5yr old son spills his Drumstick on the just cleaned upholstery! I always knew the car wash industry was a trap, but I just figured out how they keep me coming back...by keeping ice cream near the checkstand.
Well, I guess I could just leave the kids at home.
Or even better, wash the fucking car myself! HaHa!
